04. "Cruzar la linea". Fifty24Sf Gallery



El motivo es que las carretas de burros era un gran atractivo turístico y los turistas se hacían fotografias, pero en ese tiempo las fotos eran en blanco y negro y los burros blancos no se veían en la foto, así que el que tenía un burro claro no hacía el mismo negocio que el que tenía un burro oscuro. A un fotógrafo se le ocurrió pintar su burro a rayas, fue tal el exito que todos le imitaron.

From mount house, Nevada, narrow gauge rails of the Crasson and Colorado rail road reached this site in 1883. Cerro gordo and other mines faltred, the rail line fell on hard times, so plans to extend the line to Mojave were abandoned leaving Keeler as "End of the line".

01. Working toghether like hand in glue / Fifty24SF gallery





I´ve glued two fingers together with super glue. I soaked in warm soapy water, then applied nail polish remover, soaked again, then cut the glue as it pulled apart from my finger slightly. After I got my fingers separated, I was able to peel the glue off -- tedious, but successful.
